About the Role

We're seeking a skilled VOC Research Specialist to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our research and insights team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing customer listening channels, analyzing customer feedback, and providing recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customer listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment and preferences
  • Analyze customer feedback results to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Communicate customer insights and outcomes to stakeholders across the globe
  • Provide recommendations to inform strategic decision-making and support business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement research findings and recommendations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer research and insights analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with Qualtrics or similar research platforms
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus
