Career Opportunities
We're seeking an experienced Packaging Innovations Specialist to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to develop innovative packaging solutions that meet the needs of our customers and consumers. As a key member of our packaging development team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing new packaging concepts that drive business growth and sustainability.

Job Description
In this role, you will:
  • Develop and implement innovative packaging solutions that meet business objectives and consumer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new packaging concepts.
  • Work closely with manufacturing and supply chain teams to ensure efficient production and distribution of packaged products.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform packaging design decisions.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in packaging development or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

As a Packaging Innovations Specialist at Kimberly-Clark, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
