About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse at Bupa, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met. You'll be responsible for:
- Coaching and guiding the care team to deliver high-quality care
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans for each resident
- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they meet the highest standards
- Providing clinical guidance and support to the care team
