About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at Bupa, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met. You'll be responsible for:

  • Coaching and guiding the care team to deliver high-quality care
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans for each resident
  • Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they meet the highest standards
  • Providing clinical guidance and support to the care team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid NMC pin and registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Previous experience in a care setting, with a focus on clinical care and leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
