Job Title: Learning and Development Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Trainer to join our team at Connected Health. As a Learning and Development Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating bespoke training programs to support the development of our colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs to meet the needs of our colleagues
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify training requirements and develop training solutions
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training programs align with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain training materials and resources
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to colleagues to support their professional development

Requirements:

  • Hold a Train the Trainer certificate or have a level 3 in Education & Training certificate
  • Minimum of one year's experience delivering training
  • Knowledge of the Learning cycle including blended learning approaches
  • Ability to write training materials and courses to a high standard
  • Experience in evaluation to show return on investment & training effectiveness
  • Up-to-date knowledge of contemporary development models
  • Experience of delivering coaching and leadership and development programs
  • Ability to manage own time and workload
  • P.C literacy and good systems knowledge
  • Capable of working remotely under minimal supervision

Desirable:

  • Understand the end-to-end process of digital learning solutions
  • CIPD qualified (or willing to work towards)
  • Coaching qualification
  • Certificate in assessing vocational achievement
  • Level 3 certificate in education and training

Salary: up to £25,000 depending on experience
