- Conduct coaching sessions to support individual and team growth, focusing on both personal and professional development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest learning and development trends, applying this knowledge to inform our people development strategy.
- Curate engaging content to promote social and self-directed learning across the organization.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Learning and Development, such as CIPD Level 3.
- Proven coaching skills and experience in delivering learning programs.
- Strong project management skills and ability to analyze data to inform development needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
