About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Administrator to join our team at Haven. As a key member of our Guest Experience Team, you will play a vital role in supporting the wider HR/People function throughout the employee life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR/People function, including data management, reporting, and payroll processing.
  • Manage DBS and Right to Work processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Support managers with leavers process, ensuring termination and exit interviews are completed correctly.
  • Facilitate Safe & Secure mandatory training sessions and manage employee records.
  • Support the management of payroll, ensuring compliance with SAM roster system.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for all people and development processes.

Requirements
  • Highly competent in computer and IT systems, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in HR/People administrative roles.
  • Positive approach with a confident attitude.
  • Ability to present information confidently at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience and understanding of handling sensitive information.
