About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized People Administrator to join our team at Haven. As a key member of our Guest Experience Team, you will provide critical support to the wider HR/People function, ensuring seamless operations throughout the employee life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the management of payroll, ensuring compliance with SAM roster system and absence/holiday records.
  • Facilitate Safe & Secure mandatory training sessions on park, as needed.
  • Manage DBS & Right to Work processes, serving as the gatekeeper for the system and process.
  • Run regular reports and interpret data to inform business decisions.
  • Support Managers with the leavers process, ensuring termination and exit interviews are completed correctly.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for all people and development processes on park.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Highly competent (and confident) in computer and IT systems, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in HR/People administrative roles.
  • A positive approach with a confident attitude.
  • Ability to present information confidently at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrable ability to write and communicate clearly to managers and team.
  • Experience and understanding of handling sensitive information, keeping a high level of diplomacy and confidentiality with strong attention to detail.
