About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Administrator to join our team at Haven Holidays. As a key member of our Guest Experience Team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our HR/People function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR/People function, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Manage people reporting and payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including managers and team members.
  • Support the management of employee onboarding, including induction, training, and recognition activities.
  • Facilitate Safe & Secure mandatory training sessions and manage DBS & Right to Work processes.
  • Run regular reports and interpret data to inform business decisions.
  • Support managers with employee relations tasks, including leavers process and exit interviews.
Requirements
  • Highly competent in computer and IT systems, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in HR/People administrative roles, with a focus on payroll and reporting.
  • Positive approach with a confident attitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to present information confidently at all levels, with a high level of diplomacy and confidentiality.
  • CIPD accreditation is desirable, but not essential.
