About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pension Administrator to join our team at Mercer Marsh Benefits in Chichester. As a key member of our Pensions Administration Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional pension administration services to our clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of pension schedules, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and pension providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process pension schedules, reconciliations, and ad-hoc requests for clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legislative deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, pension providers, and internal stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Upload pension plan information into DarwinTM, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Complete yearly renewal reconciliations, checking active members, salary changes, and contribution percentages.
  • Provide support to other areas of the Pension Team as needed.
Requirements
  • Excellent Excel skills, with experience in data manipulation and comparison.
  • Ability to work logically and analyze data to resolve discrepancies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Defined Contribution pensions experience is a plus.
