Key Responsibilities- Process pension schedules, reconciliations, and ad-hoc requests for clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legislative deadlines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, pension providers, and internal stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Upload pension plan information into DarwinTM, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Complete yearly renewal reconciliations, checking active members, salary changes, and contribution percentages.
- Provide support to other areas of the Pension Team as needed.
- Excellent Excel skills, with experience in data manipulation and comparison.
- Ability to work logically and analyze data to resolve discrepancies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Defined Contribution pensions experience is a plus.
