Job Description:

At Octavius Infrastructure, we are currently seeking a talented Rail Data Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail to support our Rail teams in measuring, understanding, and reporting on their performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate, verify, and submit Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data for internal and external reporting purposes.
  • Maintain a KPI register to track submissions and results over time.
  • Provide compliance monitoring metrics to the Rail Senior Leadership Team.
  • Support project teams in managing information using Procore, ensuring accurate storage, tagging, and accessibility for KPI submissions.
  • Serve as a liaison for customer feedback or queries regarding KPI submissions.
Working Environment:

You will be part of a highly motivated and collaborative team within our Business Performance Department. Together, we deliver exceptional results across various frameworks with clients such as Network Rail and other key stakeholders.

Building strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers is crucial to your success in this role.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in MS 365 Products, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Excel, with Power BI experience being desirable.
  • Past experience in an administration or document control role, with knowledge of document management concepts.
  • Familiarity with data collection and performance reporting processes.
  • GCSE qualifications (minimum five at Grade C or above), demonstrating strong English, IT, and numeracy skills.
Salary Estimate:

The estimated salary for this position is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
