About the Role

CATS Global Schools is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Admissions Officer to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of the Admissions Team, you will be responsible for processing direct student enquiries and applications efficiently, ensuring smooth pre-arrival for all new students.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process direct student applications from initial enquiry to arrival, ensuring turn-around times and accuracy are within agreed standards.
  • Take overall responsibility for an area within the department and manage set aspects of the Admissions process in that area.
  • Act as the Admissions specialist for that area and maintain effective relationships with relevant external stakeholders.
  • Provide assistance and support to the Agent Services Team in Hong Kong as directed to ensure the team as a whole meets agreed targets.
  • Prepare accurate and timely paperwork, including offer packs, pre-arrival information, and UK/US visa supporting documents.
  • Pro-actively manage pre-arrival processes for new incoming students in close cooperation with college teams.

Requirements:

  • Education to A level or above.
  • Experience of CRM systems/customer databases (desirable).
  • Experience of working in a global business and/or education environment (desirable).
  • Knowledge of the UKVI Points Based System and US SEVP (desirable).

  • Strong administrative skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • A high level of professionalism and excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, cultural awareness, and sensitivity.
