As a Community Justice Professional, you will be responsible for working with offenders to help them address the issues that led to their offending behavior.

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement plans to reduce reoffending and improve the lives of those we serve.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of empathy and understanding.

  • Salary: £18 - £20.07 per hour (dependent on experience)
  • Location: Aylesbury
  • Hours: 37 hours per week
  • Duration: Ongoing contract
