We are seeking a skilled Health and Safety Consultant to join our team at Citation Professional Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work with key stakeholders and teams across the business, supporting and protecting our clients' most valuable asset: their people.

We are looking for an experienced Health and Safety professional with brilliant people skills and a can-do approach to ensure we put the client at the heart of everything we do. If you are passionate about instilling a culture of best practice and have a minimum of NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent experience, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately identify client requirements and prepare and install client H&S policy documentation
  • Undertake client training when needed and advise clients on standards and best practice affecting their business
  • Provide ongoing support to meet changing needs of our client base through strong relationship management
  • Ensure contingency for changes in legislation and agreed/requested amends to the client documentation

About You:

  • Minimum of NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent experience
  • CertIOSH or working towards Chartered status
  • Strong relationship management skills
