Job Title: Site Lead Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist to lead our physiotherapy services at Lincoln County Hospital and Louth. As a Site Lead Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for the operational management and clinical leadership of our physiotherapy services, including managing a delegated budget, recruitment, retention, and deployment of staff, absence management, managing complaints, procurement, and managing resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Jointly responsible for operational management and clinical leadership of the Site Physiotherapy services.
  • Accountable for effective, efficient, high-quality service performance.
  • Ensure effective communication between partners with ULHT and the wider healthcare community.
  • Represent Physiotherapy Service at a local level, and as required at a Trust-wide level.
  • Ensure staff and department comply with relevant Trust policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/degree in physiotherapy.
  • Evidence of post-graduate education.
  • Minimum of 4 years post-graduate experience of working in a specialist field.
  • Experience of managing vision and service transformation.
  • Knowledge of policies and procedures.
