About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with colleagues to provide high-quality therapy services to patients in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to patients with a range of physical and mental health needs.
  • Work collaboratively with patients, families, and carers to develop personalized care plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plans.
  • Provide supervision and support to junior staff and students.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent postgraduate diploma in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy.
  • Current Health Professions Council Registration.
  • Evidence of relevant postgraduate training and continuing professional development.
  • Basic IT skills.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
  • Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy or Royal College of Occupational Therapists.
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience of working in the NHS and leading in areas of team working and development.
