Job Title: Virtual Pain Specialist Physiotherapist

Connect Health is seeking a skilled Virtual Pain Specialist Physiotherapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality pain management services to individuals and groups.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced physiotherapist with a passion for pain management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in physiotherapy, nursing, or occupational therapy, with a demonstrable interest in chronic pain management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Prior experience of working in a multidisciplinary team is essential, and knowledge of cognitive behavioural therapy techniques is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver pain management services to individuals and groups, as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Promote patient education and understanding of pain, rehabilitation, and self-management strategies
  • Ensure that pain management is focused on the patient's individual needs
  • Contribute to clinical team development and multidisciplinary team meetings
