  • Support residents with their personal care needs, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
Requirements
  • Right to work in the UK (Passport and BRP)

  • Training Certificates

Desirable Skills and Qualities
  • A minimum of 6 months of work experience as a care assistant in the UK
  • A passion for providing person-centred care and enhancing the quality of life of residents
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work shifts, including wake nights and weekends, as per the agency's rota
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one
