Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and support to adult residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as washing, dressing, and toileting, while maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
- Chart daily observations, mobility activity, and eating percentages to aid continued client assessment and inform care planning.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized living environment, adhering to ward protocols and guidelines.
- Support residents with their personal care needs, promoting independence and dignity at all times.
- Right to work in the UK (Passport and BRP)
- DBS (must be on Update Service)

- A clear picture of yourself (for profile)
- A minimum of 6 months of work experience as a care assistant in the UK
- A passion for providing person-centred care and enhancing the quality of life of residents
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work shifts, including wake nights and weekends, as per the agency's rota
- A positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
- A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one
- A competitive hourly rate of £12/hour on weekdays and weekends
- A weekly pay system with no hidden fees or deductions
