Whether we are providing long or short-term, convalescence, respite or palliative care, our focus is on always providing the highest quality service.
Delivering a level of care that truly comes from the heart. It is about making sure our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality as you get involved in general activities within the care home.
If you are helping someone with limited mobility to learn to use an aid, offering emotional support to a confused or distressed resident or delivering care to someone at the end of their life, you will always have their well-being in mind above anything else.
We wish to speak to you if you are a compassionate, can-do person with experience supporting older people. You should be good at using your initiative and working well under pressure.
It is a role where we need you to happily go the extra mile to make a difference to the lives of older, frail people.

You will be delivering quality personal care to each of our residents, your daily tasks will include supporting and assisting them with washing, dressing, eating, and maintaining their hygiene, as well as ensuring they feel part of life in the home. This will see you providing care, warmth, and kindness to help make a difference.
