**Responsibilities**:
The role of a home care assistant is varied, and each day is different. Some of our clients do require personal care, however, some just need a chat and a cup of tea.
A daily routine could be assistance with getting out of bed, washing, bathing, or showering as required. Help with dressing and once ready, preparation of their favourite breakfast and morning medication assistance. You will see clients on a regular basis, getting to know their needs and routines with the help of our handy app. Care plans and visit details can be reviewed on the app, so you can be safe in the knowledge that you are providing the best possible support.
Working hours are based on 7.00 am to 2.00 pm and 2.00 pm to 10.00 pm. - This can be negotiable with set availability.
We ask the whole team to work every other weekend, start at 7 am and do two evenings a week. We know that your free time and weekends are important, working every other weekend means no one misses out (Please note, this does not mean you have to work these hours every day)
Pay
The pay rate starts from £13 and varies if you’re using your own transport or not.
You will be paid time and a half for working bank holidays.
You will be paid DOUBLE TIME for Christmas Day and New Year's Day.Duties'''
- Assist in planning and executing community events and activities
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
- Maintain a clean and welcoming community environment
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas and report any maintenance or safety issues
- Assist with leasing and marketing efforts, including conducting tours and answering inquiries
- Help enforce community policies and regulations
- Assist with resident communication, including distributing notices and newsletters

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations is a plus
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Driver or own transportation
