About the Role
This is a leadership position with Achieve Together, where you will be part of the management team and responsible for supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of the home. As Deputy Manager, you will be involved in key activities such as:
- Developing support plans and risk assessments
- Rotas planning and recruitment
- Development of team members

You will be working with a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about supporting and inspiring people to live healthy, happy, and meaningful lives. As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for motivating your team and bringing new ideas to the table to keep the people we support engaged and fulfilled.
