About the Role

This role involves delivering high standards of personal care, contributing to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, promoting optimum independence, dignity, and respect at all times.
  • Recognising and understanding clinical risk areas, such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, and infections, escalating identified risks in a timely manner.
  • Practicing safe systems of work across various tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be respectful towards residents and colleagues, and demonstrate initiative. Our comprehensive induction and training programme ensures confidence within the role.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £20,500 - £22,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including access to our training programmes and opportunities for career development.
