We are part of one of the largest Sales and Marketing agencies in the world, Acosta, Inc., seeking a Commercial Development Representative to represent our partner HEINEKEN.

The successful candidate will drive brand awareness and sales of their products across convenience retailers, maximising new product opportunities using sales data to drive in-store actions.

The role involves building relationships with key retail decision makers, identifying and implementing in-store merchandising opportunities to increase brand visibility and availability, and ensuring stock levels are maintained.

Salary

$45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to develop their commercial skills and achieve their career ambitions in a bold and dynamic business that invests in people.

The successful candidate will possess demonstrable experience within FMCG, retail, or a sales environment and be passionate about the amazing brands we market.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Proven sales and marketing experience within FMCG or retail.
  2. Demonstrable experience in driving brand awareness and sales growth.
  3. Strong relationship-building skills and ability to negotiate effectively.
  4. Familiarity with in-store merchandising and promotional strategies.
  5. A full manual driving licence and ability to travel within a defined territory.
