Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at First Recruitment Services. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Attend industry events for networking and business development
- Make a mix of warm and cold B2B calls to drive sales growth
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- A competitive salary of up to \u00a326,000 + performance-based bonuses
- A comprehensive benefits package, including 24 days holiday + bank holidays and free onsite parking
- A dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development
