About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Fraud Prevention Specialist to join our team at First Central Services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in motor claims fraud and coaching experience to contribute to our fraud prevention efforts.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of processes and tactics used to investigate and manage insurance fraud, as well as a solid understanding of relevant fraud-related legislation. They will also be able to deliver high-quality written referral responses and provide exceptional support to our Claims Fraud investigators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to our Claims Fraud Investigators, assisting them in handling their cases and progressing as Fraud Investigators.
  • Host monthly coaching sessions with Fraud Investigators to provide audit feedback and discuss continued development.
  • Conduct monthly audits on investigations being carried out by Claims Fraud Investigators to ensure they are meeting best possible standards.
  • Deliver Claims Fraud Training modules to a high standard, ensuring that quality training material is available.
  • Host Litigation review meetings with Fraud Investigators at key points during the litigation process.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in motor claims fraud and coaching experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of processes and tactics used to investigate and manage insurance fraud.
  • Solid understanding of relevant fraud-related legislation.
  • Able to deliver high-quality written referral responses.
  • Flexible approach and positive attitude.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £38,000 - £40,500 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Bonus scheme and performance-related pay.
  • 5 hour working week Monday to Friday, with flexible hybrid working available.
