Claims Handling Technical Advisor

We're seeking a highly motivated Claims Handling Technical Advisor to join our team at First Central Services in Haywards Heath or Manchester. As a Claims Fraud Technical Coach, you'll be responsible for providing technical guidance to our Claims Fraud Investigators and contributing to the development of our claims handling processes.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading insurance company and make a real impact on our business. If you have a strong background in motor claims fraud, excellent coaching skills, and a passion for reducing business exposure to fraud risk, we'd love to hear from you.
The successful candidate will have experience in investigating suspected fraudulent claims, delivering feedback and training, and staying up-to-date with changing trends in the motor insurance fraud market. You'll also need to be computer literate, with excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the internet.
As a flexible and positive individual, you'll thrive in our dynamic team environment. We're happy to discuss flexible working arrangements during the recruitment process and offer a competitive salary of £39,000 per annum, depending on experience.
