Job Title: Senior HR Systems and MI Analyst

Farrer & Co is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Systems and MI Analyst to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our HR systems and management information (MI) processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Design and produce complex reports and analysis using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
  • Support the Senior Reward and Benefits Manager and Senior Reward & Payroll Adviser with monthly payroll processes and benefits administration.
  • Act as a super-user of our HR system (Cascade) and provide training and support to other users.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR and the Data Protection Act.
  • Identify and deliver improvements within our HR systems and user functionality.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR systems and MI within a legal or professional services industry.
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications, including Power BI.
  • Strong data presentation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to stay focused and organised.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Collaborative working with other team members.
  • Strong customer service skills.
