About the Role

Farrer & Co is seeking an experienced HR Systems and MI Analyst to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies, as well as providing analytical support to the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR and Payroll System
    • Analyse and improve the current HR system setup and service standards in collaboration with the Senior Reward and Benefits Manager and Head of HR Operations.
    • Act as a super-user of the HR system (Cascade), providing training and support to users within the HR Team and wider firm.
    • Support the Senior Reward and Benefits Manager in the annual salary and bonus review process.
    • Ensure data integrity and compliance with GDPR and the Data Protection Act.
  • HR Management Information
    • Develop and maintain the HR Teams MI offering to the business.
    • Create and generate complex ad-hoc reports requested by HR team members, Managing Partners, and Directors.
    • Design, produce, and analyse HR management information using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
  • Staff Engagement Surveys - Peakon
    • Support the preparation, distribution, and publication of engagement surveys for the firm.
    • Produce analysis of engagement survey results, presenting the information clearly and visually.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR Systems and Analytics within a legal or professional services industry.
  • Advanced user of MS Office applications, including Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong data presentation and analytical skills.
  • Ability to stay focused and organised.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Collaborative working with other team members.
  • Strong customer service skills.
