Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison Specialist to join our commercial team at Omega Resource Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous commercial experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work independently. You will have a strong understanding of business principles and be able to maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Building strong relationships with clients
• Understanding client needs and delivering exceptional customer service
• Maintaining accurate records and system updates
• Negotiating order book changes with clients
• Providing prompt and effective solutions to customer concerns

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• Previous commercial experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office 365

Salary and Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 25 days annual leave, company pension scheme, and simply health cash plan.
