Chief Financial Officer

Cobb & Jones Recruitment Limited is seeking a seasoned Finance Director to lead their finance team and drive commercial improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of financial management and leadership, with experience in team management, financial reporting, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop a small finance team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to meet business objectives.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial reports to the Board and senior management teams, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
- FP&A: Lead the development and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes, including annual and monthly budgets, forecasts, and longer-term models.
- Commercial Strategy: Support the development of commercial strategies through cost assessments and projections, and provide financial insights to inform business decisions.
- Cash Flow Management: Oversee and manage company cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity and minimizing financial risk.
- Compliance: Ensure all relevant compliance requirements are met, including statutory requirements and external audit processes.
