Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Kuflink. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and direction to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals and growth plans.
- Provide strong leadership to the Finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Senior Leadership Team and board of directors, providing financial expertise and guidance on strategic initiatives.
- Provide guidance on cash forecasts, funding plans, and general economic outlook to support strategic thinking on business growth and profitability.
- Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and risk assessment.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to the management committee, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, liaising with auditors and regulators to address any findings or concerns.
- Monitor financial risk and propose solutions to mitigate certain risks, including by making use of insurance, hedging, or other risk mitigation techniques.
Requirements
- Significant experience in overseeing financial operations and controls.
- Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software.
