Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the finance team, providing coaching, development, and reviewing structure to ensure business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver financial reporting to the Board and communicate effectively with senior management teams.
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes, including budgets, forecasts, and long-term models.
  • Support commercial strategy through cost assessments, projections, and margin analysis.
  • Provide financial insights and strategic support for medium and long-term planning.
  • Manage company cash flow and relationships with banks.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and manage the external annual audit process.
  • Oversee company tax affairs.
Requirements:
  • Formal qualification in accounting (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as Finance Director, Head of Finance, or Financial Controller.
  • Experience in a multi-site or multi-service environment is desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of success.
  • Strong team management skills, mentoring, and development of staff.
