Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and build relationships with key stakeholders. As a key player in our fast-paced business development team, you will be responsible for prospecting from a book of leads, pitching the benefits of Ryft, and negotiating contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Pipeline generation and lead qualification
- Build relationships with decision makers, understand customer needs, deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Communicate with and influence C-suite level executives to use Ryft as their payment partner
- Propose solutions based on client needs and support the commercial team in executing sales initiatives
- 12 months minimum experience in a similar role
- Pipeline generation experience and proficiency in CRM systems
- Strong communication skills, self-driven approach, and ability to persuade clients
- Comfortable having relative autonomy over achieving sales targets
The estimated salary is £45,000 - £65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission payments. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your sales career and contribute to the success of Ryft, a leading Fintech company.
