Field Care Operations Manager

Job Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality home care services in the North West region. This involves working closely with our operational team to ensure that our services meet the highest standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Care Planning & Assessment: Develop and review personalised care plans for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Liaise with Operational Team: Work closely with our operational team to address performance issues and training needs, ensuring our services meet CQC standards.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Conduct audits and maintain accurate records to ensure our services meet CQC regulations.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and their families, addressing concerns and updating care needs as required.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for our clients.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Experience: Experience in a supervisory/management role within health and social care
- Skills: Passion for delivering high-quality care, exceptional communication and organisational skills, full UK driving license
What We Offer:
