We are thrilled to enhance our Flannels Junior store network and are in search of an outstanding, motivated, and experienced Retail Operations Leader to become a vital part of our team.

  • Drive revenue growth to surpass set objectives and pinpoint areas for ongoing performance enhancement.
  • Inspire and guide the team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor to boost sales through personal engagement and team collaboration.
  • Guarantee that exceptional customer service is consistently provided.
  • Equip all team members with the necessary tools and knowledge to meet key business goals.
  • Oversee the display and merchandising of seasonal inventory in accordance with corporate guidelines.
  • Stay informed about current market trends, upcoming customer promotions, and local competitors.
  • Ensure that all administrative tasks, policies, and procedures are executed efficiently and accurately.
  • Lead and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required within the scope of your role.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • A robust background in client relations, with a well-established network of personal contacts.
  • Previous experience in the premium retail sector is advantageous.
  • Exceptional leadership and motivational abilities.
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient analytical skills, with the capability to interpret financial and sales metrics.
  • A high level of brand awareness and product expertise.
  • Familiarity with the local market.
