Retail Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our Superdry team. As a Brand Lead, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience in store, supporting the management team to motivate and lead the associates' team to achieve store targets and drive excellence across all areas.
Main Responsibilities:- Operations & Service: Use your local knowledge and sales expertise to deliver the ultimate brand experience, confidently making important decisions about what's best for our consumers, including handling consumer issues in store.
- People: Support in the day-to-day supervision of the team, providing clear direction to focus team activity on and off the shop floor, inspiring and engaging associates to achieve daily targets.
- Experienced in retail/sales and operations in store, with a passion for our brand and consumers.
- Able to create memorable experiences, with exposure to people management activities.
- A creative thinker, always searching for the best possible solutions.
