Our product range includes exquisite gift chocolates, a selection of fine alcohol, and our innovative drinking chocolate system, the VelvetiserTM. Our mission is to bring joy to both people and nature through our chocolate offerings. We aim for our customers, team members, cacao farmers, and suppliers to thrive through our collective success.

We are seeking a Retail Operations Leader to assist and guide the retail team in collaboration with the Store Manager.

Our locations operate seven days a week, thus weekend availability is essential.

You will be a people-oriented and assertive leader, embodying the spirit and passion that align with our products, team, and values. Your role will be to motivate the team both operationally and commercially to achieve sales targets and ensure 100% customer satisfaction through our chocolate.

YOUR ROLE IN OUR SUCCESS

  • Assist the Store Manager in delivering outstanding leadership to inspire, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their performance objectives through effective communication of the Hotel Chocolat vision and values.
  • Drive store sales and profit objectives, taking proactive measures to enhance performance.
  • Strive to surpass store sales goals and KPIs through clear and effective communication with your team.
  • Maximize all commercial opportunities in-store by timely execution of promotions, offers, and marketing strategies.
