Chisholm Hunter is seeking a highly ambitious and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team in our Argyll Arcade boutiques, Glasgow. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to the success of our luxury retail business.

The Role

We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused individual with a passion for luxury jewellery and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager to maximise sales opportunities, ensuring that our clients are delighted with our remarkable products and services, and developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • People Management: Support the Store Manager by holding regular 121s with the team, coaching and developing, and contributing to creating a winning environment and celebrating success.
  • Sales Floor Management: In conjunction with the Store Manager, ensure all basic processes are followed and client needs are being met.
  • Stock Management: Support the Store Manager to review and analyse data to make informed decisions regarding stock and merchandising.
  • Building Long Lasting Client Relationships: Take customer care to the next level, going the extra mile.
