Job Title: Chief Human Resources Officer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Chief Human Resources Officer to lead our people team based in London. The ideal candidate would need to have fluency in both English and Mandarin languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent attraction and development
- Retention of talent for the organisation whilst promoting a fantastic culture of diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement
- Development and implementation of the HR strategy
- Leading the HR operations of the organisation, including performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to provide HR advice in areas of workforce planning and succession planning
- Overseeing HR data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven HR related decisions
- Continuously looking at performance improvement and innovation to stay updated on best HR practices and industry trends
Requirements:
- Human Resources CIPD or Masters in Human Resources degree
- Extensive experience in a senior HR related role in a fast-paced technology/IT industry
