Student Engagement and Communications Deputy Head

Gray & Associates Recruitment Services is working exclusively with University of the Arts London (UAL) to fill this hybrid role. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a completely flexible environment.
About University of the Arts LondonUAL is a collegiate University spread across London with six Colleges, four Institutes, and five Research Centres. They offer an extensive range of courses in art, design, fashion, communication, and performing arts.
About the RoleThis is a great opportunity for someone with experience in Higher Education marketing and recruitment, specifically the student journey from discovery of UAL to enrolment. The post holder will take an overview of all communications around prospective student engagement published for all the colleges.
Key Responsibilities- Ensuring all communications are on brand and follow tone of voice and style guidelines.
- Working with the team to develop and deliver tailored and relevant content to support prospective student engagement and conversion across the UK and international markets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, developing, evaluating, and delivering content to support prospective student engagement and conversion. They will also have a strong understanding of the student journey and be able to develop and deliver content that resonates with prospective students.
