Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Estate Agent to build and develop our Estate Agency profile in a designated core area. As an employee, you will have the flexibility to work from home and in an office environment, with access to a super hub office nearby for support.
Your Responsibilities:
- Become the best Estate Agent in your local area by building local relationships and offering exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to grow your pipeline and business network.
- Utilize industry-leading technology and marketing tools to raise your brand awareness locally.
What We Offer:
- A competitive basic salary of £20,000 to £27,500 per year, dependent on experience.
- An uncapped commission scheme to reward your sales performance.
- A company car or car allowance for convenience and productivity.

Requirements:
- At least 4 years of Estate Agency experience.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to be the best in your local area.
- The ability to manage your own diary and work independently.
