Part-Time Business Development Specialist

At Rosie's People, we're seeking a highly motivated Part-Time Business Development Specialist to join our team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to become an integral part of a growing business in a competitive market.
Please note that this is not a typical office job, and candidates should be comfortable with traveling to different areas as required. A valid driving license and access to a car are necessary for the position.
The compensation package includes a base hourly rate of £15 plus a competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential, as well as a flexible work environment and arrangement.
About the Role:- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients through physical visits, emails, calls, and social media.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify potential growth areas.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of five years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in business development, sales, or account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, drive sales cycles, and close deals.
- Commercial knowledge and understanding of food delivery economics.
- Ability to demonstrate product and industry knowledge to clients.
- Tenacious and motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and sales productivity tools.
- A degree or above in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be beneficial but not mandatory.
