About the Role:

  • Deliver focused sessions to enhance students' emotional resilience and develop effective coping strategies.
  • Collaborate with the school psychologist and SEN team to create tailored interventions addressing unique emotional challenges.
  • Maintain detailed progress records to monitor student development and adapt strategies as necessary.
  • Foster a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable expressing emotions.
  • Provide feedback and insights to parents and guardians on student progress and implemented strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in providing emotional wellbeing support in an educational setting is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • A compassionate and patient approach to build trusting relationships with students.

Salary Information: This role is expected to offer a salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications. The location is Southwark, South London.
