Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance personnel to achieve high levels of performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive process improvement and ensure compliance with relevant legislations.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop work-based method statements to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Manage maintenance stock and supplies, including allocation, issuing, and replenishment.
- Monitor staff attendance and performance, reporting any issues to the Operations Manager.
- Ensure adherence to operational and noise management plans.
- Investigate incidents and conduct disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Attend and deliver daily team briefings.
- Manage night and weekend shifts, ensuring consistency and continuity.
- Oversee the maintenance cleaning team to maintain high standards of housekeeping.
This is a Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm role with the option to work night shifts.
