Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a planned preventative maintenance and inspection programme to minimize downtime and ensure high operational availability.
  • Provide effective leadership and guidance to the engineering team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Manage and control plant maintenance, spares, and consumable costs in line with budget, ensuring critical stock levels are maintained.
  • Ensure compliance with all Company policies, processes, and procedures, including health and safety and environmental legislation.
  • Monitor and control engineering team shift coverage, holidays, and absence reporting.
Requirements
  • Level 3 Qualified Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • CMMS experience.
  • Budget/P&L management skills.
