Maintenance Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our maintenance processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance work and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in maintenance activities, including equipment repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance procedures.
- Leadership and Management: Proven ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians, engineers, and support staff.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members, management, and external suppliers.
- Health and Safety Compliance: In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices related to maintenance work.
- Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement: Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on root cause analysis and identifying defect trends.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in using various tools and equipment required for maintenance work.
- Leadership and Management: Excellent people skills with the capacity to nurture a productive and collaborative work environment.
- Communication and Collaboration: Ability to foster open lines of communication and maintain good relationships with equipment manufacturers and other suppliers.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Experience in conducting risk assessments, creating work-based method statements, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement: Commitment to driving continuous improvement in maintenance processes, techniques, and equipment.
- Permanent Nights 8 pm-5 am - Monday - Friday
