Maintenance Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our maintenance processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance work and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians, engineers, and support staff to ensure efficient maintenance activities.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Collaborate with the operational team to achieve operational targets and drive process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices related to maintenance work.
- Monitor and evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide necessary feedback and coaching.
- Strong knowledge and experience in maintenance activities, including equipment repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance procedures.
- Proficient in using various tools and equipment required for maintenance work.
- Familiarity with mobile plant equipment is preferred.
- Previous experience in the waste and recycling sector is beneficial.
