Supplier Performance Enhancement Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join Ontic's Supply Chain team as a Supplier Performance Enhancement Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient and effective performance of our suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and assessments.
- Develop and implement improvement plans to address performance gaps.
- Collaborate with suppliers to enhance overall efficiency.
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Generate comprehensive reports for management.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- HNC or Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 5+ years' experience in a Technical/Quality/Supplier performance role within an aerospace environment.
