Job Overview
This position is a key role in Boeing's supplier management team. As a Diversity Manager, you will be responsible for managing employees from multiple disciplines performing activities related to the acquisition of goods and services, supplier assessment, and performance improvement. You will develop and execute project plans, implement policies, and set operational goals.

About the Role
This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. You will work closely with suppliers to acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management, and lead process improvements. This is a hybrid role with a 1st shift schedule.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal development and contract negotiations, as well as 5 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes. You should also have 5 years of experience interpreting and/or enforcing contract terms and conditions.

Preferred Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred, along with 5 years of experience leading projects or teams and 5 years of experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance. We also value candidates with 6 years or more related work experience.
