**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead all commercial activities across our business, including business winning activities, bid approval & submission, contract agreement & awards, contract execution & closure phases, and opportunity identification & exploitation.
  • Develop commercial strategy for the business and contribute to the development and delivery of our IBP.
  • Provide leadership of the central Commercial and Estimating teams for the deployment of effective corporate processes across our business.
  • Ensure compliance with US, UK, and other export control regulations through Export Control.
  • Act as the Commercial Authority for our business, managing the RBA process on behalf of us, and authorising bids as the highest point of DoA for commercial activity.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as an extensive range of flexible discounted health, wellbeing and lifestyle benefits. Our pension scheme is also highly regarded.
