Global Mobility Technology Business Development Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at JAM Global Mobility Recruitment, working on business development and sales within the global mobility technology industry. We are looking for a skilled professional who can identify new business opportunities, develop strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement action plans to maximize the penetration of target accounts by acquiring new clients;
- Network within industry and business forums to expand sales opportunities and promote the company and its services in general;
- Analyse selling situations and create client-focused solutions;
- Build long-term relationships with target accounts based on a consultative sales approach;
- Co-operate with other divisions in the company to ensure a full understanding of operational requirements is achieved and maintained;
About You:
- You will have a proven track record of successful sales or business development experience;
- You will have previous experience of either the global mobility technology, relocation, or household goods (HHG) industry;
- You will possess strong communication and negotiation skills;
- You will be fluent in English.
Package Details:
We are offering a highly competitive salary of £50,000 + commission + benefits, reflecting the skills and experience required for this role. This position is permanent, and we offer flexible home working options, making it an ideal opportunity for those seeking a better work-life balance.
